Soviet Logos (Series)
1960s
A series of examples of Soviet era logos. The logos were introduced into Russian culture as part of the cultural thaw initiated by Nikita Krushshev after the death of Stalin. Political reform created an increase in cultural and economic output, including Soviet exports and the development of graphic design. At the same time the government decreed that all USSR-based companies needed to have their own logo, leading to a boom in Soviet-designed trademarks.

Our frames are fitted with an FSC timber sub-frame, providing stability and longevity to the outer frame and glass.
Your frame is designed to be hung using the split batten method (hanging guide here). This enables your frame to sit flush against the wall. If you would prefer the more traditional option of D-rings and picture wire instead, please leave a note for us at the cart when you place the order.
