Lead Times

Most framed works are made to order and assembled specifically for each customer.

Typical lead times are:

  • Unframed prints: approximately 3–7 working days
  • Framed works: approximately 2–4 weeks

Lead times may vary depending on framing specification, workshop schedules, material availability or bespoke requests. If timings are critical, please contact us before placing an order.


Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK and can arrange international shipping for many works.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable. For larger, fragile or international orders, shipping costs may be confirmed separately following purchase.

We regularly coordinate deliveries to:

  • private residences
  • interior designers
  • studios
  • project sites
  • commercial spaces

Where required, we can arrange tailored delivery coordination for trade and interior design clients.


Packaging

All works are carefully packed using protective materials designed specifically for artwork transport.

  • Framed works are shipped in reinforced packaging suitable for fragile items
  • Unframed prints are shipped either flat or rolled depending on size and format

We aim to minimise unnecessary packaging wherever possible while ensuring artworks arrive safely.


International Orders

International shipping may be subject to:

  • import duties
  • customs charges
  • local taxes
  • handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Returns

Made-to-Order Works

As many items are made to order or framed specifically for each customer, not all orders are eligible for return.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, bespoke or personalised items may be exempt from cancellation rights.

If you are unsure whether your order is considered bespoke, please contact us before purchasing.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the item
  • photographs of the packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.


Returns Eligibility

Where returns are accepted:

  • items must be returned in original condition
  • items must be securely repackaged
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Returned items that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return relates to a faulty or incorrect item.
