These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through TG Prints and by using this website you agree to them.
Products
We aim to represent all artworks, framing finishes and colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:
• screen settings and device displays
• natural timber variation
• handmade framing processes
• paper texture and print materials
• differences in lighting conditions
As many works are produced and framed by hand, minor variations should be expected and form part of the character of the finished piece.
Framing & Materials
Unless otherwise stated:
• framed works are made to order
• framing specifications may vary slightly between works and sizes
• natural materials such as oak may vary in tone and grain
• conservation-grade materials may be substituted with equivalent alternatives where necessary
We reserve the right to make minor technical or material adjustments where required without materially affecting the overall appearance or quality of the work.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Many works sold by TG Prints are made to order or produced to bespoke specifications.
This may include:
• custom framing
• bespoke sizing
• made-to-order production
• special commissions
• trade or project orders
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, bespoke or personalised items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Where applicable, VAT will be included at checkout.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without notice.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.
Shipping & Delivery
Lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules, workshop capacity, courier delays or material availability.
TG Prints is not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges. These remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect deliveries upon arrival where possible.
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:
• the item
• the packaging
• the shipping label
• the damage
Failure to provide sufficient information within a reasonable timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the issue with couriers or insurers.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
• artwork
• photography
• branding
• logos
• text
• website design
remains the property of TG Prints or the relevant artist, licensor or copyright holder.
No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Trade Orders
Trade pricing and bespoke trade services are offered at our discretion and may be subject to separate terms.
Trade discounts may not be combined with other offers unless agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TG Prints shall not be liable for:
• indirect or consequential loss
• loss of profit
• business interruption
• delays caused by third parties
• events outside of our reasonable control
Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant goods.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
